In all cases, please pack the product carefully and return the invoice to us. The clothes can only be returned with the original label, accessories, unwashed and unused, within 14 calendar days of delivery!
For swimwear, return and replacement is not possible for hygienic reasons.
In all cases, the postage of the returned products shall be borne by the Buyer. We only cover postage for defective, damaged and / or incorrectly shipped products.
As soon as we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check and if it meets the criteria, it is in the same condition as when delivered, the price of the product will be returned to the bank account number you provided within 14 days!
IMPORTANT: Please indicate the bank account number in the package for which you are requesting a refund.
If you want another product, please contact us at info@kissesandlove.hu or on Instagram. In this case, the postage of the new item will be borne by the BUYER.
